Process: The dry material of the tundish is processed by using high-quality magnesia (or magnesia-calcium sand) as the main raw material, adding binder, sintering agent and modifier. It has the characteristics of good adhesion with permanent lining, no cracking, no peeling, good corrosion resistance during the baking process, and easy unpacking after use. After construction, it only needs to be baked at a low temperature below 200 ℃, and the service life can reach more than 40 hours. , It is easy to turn over the ladle after use, and is especially suitable for the work lining of the tundish with a long time for pouring and pouring steel.
